Awarded to an individual or team responsible for improvements
in the customer experience that have generated lasting or
significant positive customer relationships. The MTS Allstream
Luminaries in this category will have consistently approached
their responsibilities with professionalism and a commitment
to customer service, and reliably delivered quality service
and results. The winners for Customer Service Excellence
will have exhibited personal accountability, commitment,
and a positive approach to all dealings with customers, both
internal and external – and will have proactively given
