Leadership
Awarded to an individual or team contributing
to MTS Allstream’s
success through extraordinary leadership on a consistent
basis, either in their job or as part of a high-impact project.
The MTS Allstream Luminaries in this category will have acted
as model business leaders in our communities, as well as
having helped to build a sense of community within MTS Allstream
by working with others to address and resolve issues and
to nurture the development of their colleagues’ talents
and skills. The winners for Leadership will have taken personal
ownership for results, been open to new ideas and approaches,
and consistently given their best performance to deliver
important results. Their positive personal approach will
have contributed to an inclusive and diverse corporate culture,
both internally and in our external dealings, and will have
raised team effectiveness by example. The MTS Luminaries
in Leadership will have made their colleagues and external
contacts feel important, have acknowledged others’ valuable
contributions, have provided coaching and
empowerment, and have celebrated their
successes.
